Trial Terms

1. Duration

Where a trial is offered, the current approved commercial trial length is 14 days. We do not advertise a 30-day trial.

2. Start

Trial start is determined by the implemented Control Plane activation path (server-side), not by informal browser claims.

3. Limitations

Trial workspaces receive plan features according to the assigned trial plan catalogue. Trials may be limited to eligible plans. Fair-use and Acceptable Use rules apply.

4. Expiration and conversion

When a trial expires, commercial access may move to an expired / restricted state according to product rules. Conversion to a paid subscription is operator / sales-assisted. Automatic card billing on trial end is NOT implemented while no payment provider is connected.

5. Cancellation and data

You may stop using the trial at any time. Data retention after trial follows Cancellation / Customer Data Terms — trial end does not by itself guarantee immediate deletion of CRM records.
