Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited activities

You must not use SUD TAX CRM / MY CLIENT HUB to:

• Violate applicable law or professional regulatory duties.
• Commit fraud, money-laundering facilitation, or other illegal financial activity.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse individuals.
• Upload malware or attempt to compromise systems.
• Spam or send unsolicited bulk communications abusing integrations.
• Scrape or overload the platform beyond normal product use.
• Access, probe, or attack another tenant’s workspace.
• Bypass authentication, subscription, entitlement, or usage controls.
• Share credentials in a way that defeats account accountability (where prohibited by your plan or admin policy).
• Process personal data without a lawful basis or required notices/consents.
• Store payment card primary account numbers in free-text CRM fields.

2. Customer content responsibility

You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and professional appropriateness of data and communications you enter or trigger through the platform and connected third-party services.

3. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations, suspend features or tenants, require remediation, and cooperate with lawful authority requests. Related commercial consequences are described in Refund & Cancellation and Subscription Terms.
