Cookie Policy

1. Audit basis

This Cookie Policy reflects the MY CLIENT HUB customer application behaviour audited for V1-LEGAL-1. We do not invent analytics or advertising cookies.

2. Cookies we use

• Necessary / authentication: `sudtax_customer_session` — establishes your signed-in MY CLIENT HUB session after login or invite acceptance. Without it, authenticated pages cannot work.

3. Categories not currently used (customer app)

• Analytics cookies: not implemented in the audited customer UI.
• Advertising / marketing pixels: not implemented in the audited customer UI.
• Optional preference cookies beyond session auth: not identified as required product cookies.

The Platform Admin console is a separate operator application and may use its own session cookie (`sudtax_platform_session`); it is not the customer product.

4. Managing cookies

You can clear cookies in your browser. Doing so will sign you out of MY CLIENT HUB.

5. Updates

If we add analytics or marketing technologies later, we will update this Policy and the legal pack version before claiming those cookies.
